This being the case, I don't have to wonder what they would have done. They wouldn't do what would make them all lose their options value. It's human nature.

ALAN,

It was true that ASND had repriced stock option during the down turn.
But, they are the one made its stock turn around. ASND's fundamental
has been improving over the period. The STRATUS deal is not clear to
me in financial terms but I am sure it will provide the benifit for
the customers which in a long run. As far as I know that SS7 fault
Tollerance sever SRA have is a key component for a complete solution
to the telco for voice over IP.

What I would like to see is ASND makes a reasonable offer for SRA and
continue to improve their customer offering. It will be good in a
long term. I don't think those analysts really know what is going on
in the market place. Just think where were they stand during ASND down
term.
