They can always take the company private, offer like $10/share in a tender offer and hope enough people sell out like HLYW. That was another stock which no one cared about and went down to almost 7 and the company offered 11. People saw that it was worth a lot more and not many actually took the companies offer but it gave people enough confidence that the company considered themselves worth more.
