knight, thank you very much for your reply. My objective here is to
be a small window for those shareholders that do not post and have not
yet decided what coarse of action to take. All readers of SI have already
been informed thru public posts, e-mail addresses of Ally, John and
Charles. I am not connected with this flow of info and my purpose is
towards a shareholder like myself that has no experience in this type
of going-ons. Also, even tho I could have read the 10Q and seened the
words you nicely reprinted, I would not of had the background or insight
to know if there were other things I was not aware of that turned my
narrow view inacurate. When someone like yourself can condense that
big glob of stuff out there so one like I can get a handle on things,
then this is very good and helpful. Usually I read all the posts on
both of these threads before I do any post or reply, but this time
I will do different and read and do any reply before the next read.
Because of what you wrote, I now see that its not possible to just let
the dirt wait until better test and extraction methods are developed.
I will now go to next post and hopefully more insight is gotten.
Now all I got to do is figure out how to do what you pointed out has
to be done to get the rights to Black Rock without those conditions
demanding progress. And also, how to do this after kicking out all
those IPM employees that worked against making IPM a success and those
IPM employees that simply keep quiet and collected a pay check from
the shareholders while knowing the game was fixed and did not have the
courage and decenty and strength to sound the alarm and notify the
shareholders that you are all being ripped off, and unless you really
find out what inside this wall of silence and restrictions from letting
you see the companies papers, then....chapter 11 etc. Well, now we
know that no IPM employee steped out into the sunlight out of the
shadows to cry out the truth and save and help the shareholders.
Boy, with that restriction in the contract for Black Rock saying
that IPM must show progress towards mining the dirt, and those inside
and outside events preventing this from happening, then it sure does
seem like this was a SET-UP right from the start. Looks like this will
really make a good and interesting tv news magazine story. Maby we
all can get a view on the screen of these people with names printed
on the bottom of the tv screen. Seems like if this is true, then those
that put this all together have expected and planned for these types
of events as possible to unfold..... so they already have a plan in
place to stop or make sure anything we try next will fail and they
will in the end accomplish what they planned for from the start.
Someone not the IPM shareholders will get control of the Black Rock
dirt. Repeat, the rights of mining Black Rock dirt will be taken
away from the shareholders not because they didn't put in enought
money, but because there was a "fix" already in place. I now am
reminded of that short story I posted a little while ago say that
riches were found under their fingers and toes.... Now I am sure of
it, in that the riches in Black Rock are much better than anyone even
dreamed of being possible. Someone tested hoping for stuff like the
surronding dirts, but unexpectally found it to be much better, maby
they even found tiny nuggets of gold you can extract from the dirt with
a pan and water. I now go to next thread and maby I will read and
wish I didn't type this post because of info posted I don't have
yet. But first wondering...what if Black Rock is 10, 100, 1000 times
better than surronding dirt ??? would that lower or cancel their ability
to mine at a profit ????
Thanks
Doug
