I am expecting earnings to be released on Wednesday though I begged the company to release them sooner (in order to restore the declining stock price). No one has ever returned any of my e-mails so I am going to try to get another e-mail address from the Formula web page. I feel like I am being a pest, but every shareholder at this point wants to know what is going on.
Heres the facts:
CRYSF shares are about 70% off their 52-weeks highs (shares did become heavily diluted after the secondary offering) but here is the thing that is bugging the hell out of me: CRYSF shares are down about 25% since Goldman Sachs announced that its shares would outperform the rest of the market. Do you think that there is any other company right now with its shares trading down 25% since a respectable financial company started coverage of another company and labeled its shares as market outperformer? You would think that maybe the shorts would start to cover. And then we had two press releases. Even though no new contracts were announced, we have a partner that does services for the government using CRYSF technology and announced a new partnership with IBM Israel. Are companies that generate a huge amount of their revenue from Y2k work this out of favor with the market? This will be an interesting week to say the least.
Are we talking share manipulation here? It happens with the internet stocks and we have been seeing very heavy volume. Your right; guess we'll find out soon.

Good luck longs
We will definitely need it.
Long till the end
KM
