I would expect the announcement sometime in the next few weeks. I have seen private placement announcements before the deal is closed and also after the PP. I don't think there was a leak that prompted this announcement though. Wade, that makes sense. The lockout period, however, will be much shorter than the conversion date on the bonds. And since THQ has positive earnings, the bonds will dilute EPS long before the bonds mature. What's the lockout period in the case of THQ? If it's three months, this may be a serious EPS issue in Q4, especially if we're talking about 2 million shares. Bleeker
