Wow - some of those prices at compaqworks are amazing. A relatively recent (120MHz) full featured TFT laptop for $599? At that price I can give them to my college age kids (who are currently using 90MHz desktops circa 1995). thanks for the link

Uncle Frank, when it comes to portable displays, you're asking the wrong guy. I'm in the process of replacing my Dell portable because I find its 800x600 TFT display uncomfortable to use. Fortunately for us CPQ shareholders, millions of younger eyes will be able to view HPA displays at their local Radio Shack and, I suspect, many will find them to be totally satisfactory.
