Ron,

I agree with your reasoning. I'm sure that DSWLF also
does some conversion of cash assets from HK$ to US$.

2Q will be very very interesting. If the special dividend
is retained in future years this company is now yielding
more than 10%.

I'm new to Deswell, so please forgive me. I read through about 100 posts, but not the entire thread.

Would anyone care to help me out and list several principle parts that Deswell makes, and while doing, explain the barriers to competition which allow such handsome gross margins?

Since y'all need a little buying pressure, maybe you'll helpp me. <g>
