INCL quick take: they are losing about $9 mil per quarter and have about $10-15 mil in real assets (counting the cash from the convertible), their income from selling the devices is only hundreds of thousands and they are only selling in europe at the moment, the convertible is not quite floorless but its close and the terms were just revised on 7/20 to allow conversion at prices below $4 (a limit of 1500 shares per month was in the original agreement if price was below $4 10 or more days in the prior month), the convertible is for 3.8 mil shares and there are 18.8 mil outstanding so its about 15% if all are converted. Three analysts follow the stock and the consensus is more of the same (did they do the math are realize that with their predictions they go chapter 11 this year?). Hard to see how they stay afloat till december. Will do some more digging tomorrow but this looks like a dead dog with fleas so far.
Before making any move on this one read for yourself the flurry of SEC documents filed on 7/20: 10K/A, 8K/A, S3/A and 10Q/A. Compare the amended and originals of the S3 and carefully examine the 8K/A.

Mr. Babb: It is an honor to have you agree with me on INCL.

I have read and admired your posts.
looking forward to having your latest list of FAT stocks to shake out.

It would be nice if we all trade on MOMENTUM and get out very quickly.

To me, money is like an INVENTORY > the higher the turn over > the higher the profit > the higher the buying power :)

I have a good number of small investors with me, to maximize the momentum and thus the profit, while minimizing the time frame and the re-bound risks.

I wish you would agree and help me towrads this goal.
