biz.yahoo.com (Just started on Yahoo finance
but the #s are old)

As far as I have been able to find out shorts are collected by the
15th of each month, turned in to respective exchanges by the 20th,
and released to the databases around the 25th of each month. The
WSJ Interactive puts them out first.
