Right on... can't do much now but wait for things to work themselves out... I still think it odd that when the company litigates against former officer bad boys and replaces a footdragging engineering company with one that will get the work done.... that's when the SEC mysteriously shows up... sounds to me like someone's afraid of the company getting its ducks in a row....
