Mike and Ramsey, thanks for data on Japanese investing... no data on German, French, Swiss, Italian, Spanish, Swedish stocks... those trillions of dollars represent a lot of chimmychangas... unsure what Dec98 means as calendar date

Japanese citizens will continue to invest in foreign markets until their currency stabilizes and bottoms out... they are not fools, nor are they going to wait for a year until that stability comes... would you?
