Afternoon Jinx, The extra service I get from Schwab is their Schwab 500 team. It is a service offered to what "they" call active traders and for clients with accounts above a certain level.(They feel sorry for me). You are assigned a special number if you have questions, need special news or have needs of special handling of orders, etc.Plus you get to talk to a live person and get free research reports. Nothing great, but on occasions has come in handy for me.
