Peepster, A good post. It was actually Bruce that first mentioned the 100K buy order that showed up Friday AM, I just agreed with him. (just to give credit where credit is due). To me the most significant event by far on Friday was the return of our CC overhead. We have all had more than enough recent experience with the effects of CC selling to recognize what was going on even without level 2. The really unfair part about this is that the MM's probably knew they had shares coming to sell, and maybe even had them in the AM, yet they let our price run on the big buyer so that they could make more $$ on the short position they built. A much more fair way to have handled this for everyone involved would have been to have held the price at the open and allowed our big buyer and any one else wanting DCTC shares to buy the CC shares at that level, but then that would have excluded NITE from making as much money on his short position. The OTC BB rules appear to be written by the MM's themselves and there are used frequently to do just that.
