Jewel, I knew of both of them 3-5 and Spectrum from the NASDAQ. Didn't realize they came from the AMEX. . I guess a question to ask (maybe you know yourself) is why did they make the effort to abandon the AMEX and go over to the NASDAQ? I suspect that the answer will help "make my case" for not being on the AMEX in the first place. . Unfortunately, I wont be here to find, out. If you are able to post the reasons, I'd like to read them next week. . But we all know that there are many quality companies are on all the 4 "exchanges": AMEX, NYSE, NASDAQ and even a few on OTC-BB. And they move from one to the other, as listed in Barrons every week. Please read my "six questions" (posted earlier today) and HONESTLY think if AMEX is the place to be for a stock that you own. Other than that, I think we may be at a stalemate on this one. . Colin
