And another thing. What kind of paper do you work for where none of the quotes are dated. The article states that Gary was trying to get the contract signed prior to the deadline (is this Aug.1st). When did he state this. Also when did the minister quote comments. On July 29, 28, 27???

Seems like this story was pieced together over a few days or perhaps weeks. Maybe you can explain.
