Hey, already did it. An understandable mistake, I think. After all, these sorts of, um, inexact press releases are so very familiar to me from my dealings with the MTEI story. The relevant phrase was this: The EDII shares exchanged were based on a value of $2.40 per share. As noted, this could raise eyebrows in many places, considering that the REAL value of the stock is 0.30 a share. *OT* Your increasing hysteria and refusal to enter into rational discussion have me worried. What, exactly, are you afraid of?
