Bodie...I couldn't agree more.....IMO...the person that started these concerns jumped the gun. I checked the archive of past newspaper releases and found evryone dated on Wednesday including the one posted. The front and back pages are simply an exact replica of the hard copy released two days prior. Without coroboration from the source, we have to assume what came out friday is not different from what was printed wednesday. For someone to infer otherwise without getting this coroboration is IMO very poor reporting. The link to the 7/30 PR had been released and so they included it on the site. I suspect they waited to get coroboration prior to posting on web site which might account for the delay. Now, regarding Reuters not releasing the PR, IMO due to the impact of that news on the stock and being a BB stock, they won't release the PR until they get coroboration. I suggest we table the discussion of this subject until next week. Right now, IMO, all Bob has accomplished with bringing this to our attention is to make a lot of investers nervous with this stock. That is so sad and again I repeat, he should have gotten coroboration from an additional source prior to putting this out.

After reading ( and rereading the story ) it is quite obvious that is what has occurred, however to make sure, I just e-mailed THE INDEPENDANT to get confirmation as to when, where, and with whom the interview quoted in THE INDEPENDANT with Mr. Timothy took place. When ( and if ) I get a reply I will share it with all. Bob Davis has turned into another T.G.W. Always trying to turn a positive into a negative with sketchy evidence and sketchier logic. It seems clear to me that Mr. Timothy was responding to the July 7 PR because that was all that was being quoted in the article. Wouldn't the author have quoted the July 30 PR if he was implying that it was the one Mr. Timothy was responding to? Hopefully we will get positive confirmation as to when the statements were made from THE INDEPENDANT very quickly and put the matter to rest before opening bell Monday. Until then ... Hang in there !!!
