>OT*** How would you like to be the machine shop owner that had 13 employees hit on powerball? I hear they will return to work to train replacements<

I used to manage a similarily-sized office and got worried when I learned everybody but me was pooling their money on lottery tickets. I thought if these guys and gals should get lucky I'm in a heap of trouble! Knowing my "loyal" employees, I don't think they would've bothered to clean out their desks, let alone train replacements, if they were suddenly millionaires. My solution, of course, was to join the pool, thinking if they're outa here, I'm outa here right behind them. Unfortunately or fortunately, it never became an issue.
