Amazon does not have the upper hand now. Amazon is a very early stage company with a modest size of business. Competition has only just begun to influence the picture.

Go ahead and pay for a company based on what it will be worth in 2005 if that much. See ya on the other side of the trade.

I fail to see an upper hand for Amazon. Cisco does 50 times AMZN business on the net and they are profitable. Amazon has a vague name to most people and they have lost close to 1/2 billion dollars doing that. Actually, most people have never heard of Amazon. Take a poll.

I feel like a broken record but AMZN will file Chapter 11 by the year 2002. Trust me:-)
