Ken, Your point that Edge had the option of cash, cash and stock but chose ALL stock is well put. One thing I want to add, is that Edge would have access in doing it's own DD that is far beyond what the average DCI investor can get, so what does this tell us? (G) The first time I heard the $10/share target mentioned (about a year ago??) I really did not put much faith in it as DCI had a loong way to go in reaching the 100 million target. Now that we are already beyond that figure and have the LOI with TimeWorld that could add 51 million (thanks to the person that corrected my earlier 100 million, which was for the total JV) with just on contract, I am beginning to wonder if the potential is there to see even more than $10? If not, I will not be complaining, $10 would be just fine with me. (G) Another way to look at the situation I believe is that as Edge, Locus and perhaps the new JV grow as time passes, we can either look forward to more per share, or recognize that the odds of being bought out will be rising steadily at the $10 price since more value is being added making us more attractive to a buyer. (I really like the fact that there are multiple potential buyers and Murphy has them competing with each other. (G) ) IMO, it's now just a matter of time before we are sold for some price and the hard part (building the company) is done.
It is pretty amazing to read the enthusiastic notes on this BB, one day after our portfolios got clobbered with the largest 1 day drop in perhaps 10 months. This does not happen on many other threads I have followed, where the moaning and groaning is just appalling. I believe that this is result of DCI investors really knowing what they own and understanding the reasons behind the drop. It's been interesting to me to note that the most excited players in this game seem to be the ones doing the most DD. (G) Hmmm.

It looks like we will be having some German investors in DCI next week, me and my big mouth! (G) (not large investors but it all helps) I will be looking for about 10K shares myself, I hope that NITE has just enough for all of the buyers that want a few more. (G)
