Andy

I don't know why you bothered responding with such a lengthy rebuttal. If these guy's had bothered doing any D.D prior to investing they would have know all this, if they are investors?
Just for a moment let's just suppose that between the J/V & the oil companies that they produce 500,000 BOD & ERHC's cut would be roughly 25% & oil prices are $16 a barrel & production costs are $10 a barrel well that leaves a profit of $6 a barrel. I don't really know how much production cost would be but even if they were $12 the company would still be looking @ $600,000 a day profit or 146 M a year & let's suppose 100 Million(extra shares for financing projects) that leaves $1.46 per share profit @ a P/E of 20 is $30 a share What are you whining about? And let's not for get the logistics centre. Which revenues are said to be very significant.

While the company has made some bad moves in the past they have decided to concentrate their efforts on the Africa project for now. Panama is being held up by bank mergers & we won't see any thing for a while. Perhaps you guy's would like to see a financing @ these levels & issue another 60 million shares ya right.
All I can say is be patient there is more news to follow, If your not in for the long haul Get Out

Regards Tim

Absolutely agree with you on the oil market. Would suggest however, that the company does owe its shareholder, even the small ones, more information about the many projects they felt good enough about to announce, but haven't obviously felt good enough to follow up on. Do not think I am asking for a lot here. Not out to trash this stock at all. Just tired of losing my ass on it for the past year because they have not thought enough about their shareholders to keep them informed about the projects they are involved in. Have nothing against high compensation for the potential of these projects. Just would like to see legitimate updates on the past projects going forward. Don't know if they have gone away or they are making progress. Even if it is bad news, I believe we have a right to know.

Have tried to get updates from their IR firm, but their answers are always to read me the last public announcement. Agree the potential with this company is huge, otherwise I would not have invest the money I have starting last July.

Andy I have enjoyed your posts, as they have most informative. Keep up the good work.
