Your right I shouldn't assume Ebeling is the bad guy, he may be just a scape goat. However I still belive there is considerable questions regarding the share issuances. I think meybe Peppers has some culpability in the situation or was totalyy agains making Ebeling the scapegoat therefore resigned to remove herself from the situation. As I said before the share issue is of major importance I bet its contractors who were to recieve shares for services rendered who didn't fully supply the services. The moral must have been low when word was around their was liens on everything and all contracts where in default, I speculate this is when duties weren't performed up to contractual obligations and shares where still paid out. Ebeling printing the letter of innocence 6 hours after the reverse split announcement leads me to believe their is a share issuance problem and he's trying to take the blame off himself, which maybe the right thing, like I said he could be the scape goat I dont really care I just hope some shares get cancelled and the stock go's up it could really move if that happened and some other good revenue news followed.
