Actually, MRV hires mainly out of both Caltech and Santa Barbara.

Their engineers are LOYAL cause they get exceptionally good salaries, and engineering is one thing that this company does NOT pull the purse strings tight on.

Once again, we have the incentives of management. they pulled some money out during the offerring, and who blames them? Not me. But they still have a LARGE number of shares, and I know for a 100% FACT that they would love to have their shares increase.

One concern that I believe that analysts have is that MRV almost has seperate companies which are, to my understanding, not tightly knit together. The question I think is not in their products, but whether they can continue to manage everything as they grow bigger.

One thing I'll tell you, don't bet against Schlomo. he took this thing from 20K to what it is now, and he has desire. One thing I know from personal experience and watching others, is when you really want something bad enough, you find a way to make it happen, and I think Schlomo + MRV want more.
