Do they mean, briefings with pointers and powerpoint slides... nooooo, that's normal for business. Do they mean, a time table, schedules, and a cost benefit study... nooooo, that's normal for business. Do they mean, pre-selection of alternative suppliers and a full supply room... noooo. Do they mean, the CEO and CIO issue stirring memos and urge the troops to do their best... nooooo... Hopefully this is just a poor choice of words and the Post doesn't really mean "military-style" drills.
