Robin,

I agree, it appears we are thinking along similar lines. Here are a couple more thoughts on the questions you present.

>> As I've mentioned before, it may take some judgement to decide what
event was the event that pushed the stock above $2 since several factors could be acting
simultaneously. (Example, suppose a week from now PRLN anounces it has reached a world
wide deal with Scherer and the price goes above $2. Which event pushed it over $2? The
news release or Leo featuring the stock in his newsletter?)<<
I think I would have to give the credit for moving the stock to the company announcement. "Company" could be expanded to include such directly affiliated companies i.e. Scherer or any other affiliated company or association. My reasoning would be that a company press release would be picked up by PRNewswire, Reuters, and the Dow and be available to the entire market versus a limited readership of any news letter, magazine or other printed matter.

>> Should the predictions include a date? I don't know if it's necessary, but it could help the
judges break tie. If two contestants pick the same event the judges could declare the
contestant who most accurately predicted the date as the winner.<<
I guess a date could be helpful as long as a participant could make another another prediction if the date was reached and the price still had not reached 2.00.

Don't know how to increase participation at this price level. Paul could very well be right, that when we get around 2.00 we'll have a lot of people coming aboard.
