Bruce, I remember somebody wrote here that DCI will "go to AMEX as early as next week." If this is so, does it mean the application will be filed next week or what? Also, does anybody know how long it takes to get the application for the AMEX listing approved? Months? How many? Thanks in advance. Musya.

Bruce, see Aug. 3 issue of businessweek: great article on the success of Spain's economic reforms. Highlights,,,GDP growth at 4%, exports are booming, unemployment is way down. Part of picture is the deregulation and privatization of the telecom industry in addition to others. DCI telecom Spain makes a lot of sense from this standpoint and helps to explain the exploding demand for services. Looks like management made a good choice in making Spain one of their initial areas of emphasis. regards, Blair
