Janice,

Many of us have invested money in MTEI in hopes that someday they will have a company that has appreciated in value. I am aware of the dubious reputation of Gort, Christensen and the rest of that crowd. I only purchased the shares on the gamble that another group of individuals would take over the company and proceed forward. If Gort had not been terminated, I would have sold. It was a gamble I took and I accept responsibility for it! The history of Joe Gort is rather obvious in my opinion.

What will happen in the future will be apparent soon enough. Many of us had faith in Jack Uselton and the team of oil people he assembled. The idea of purchasing fields when the industry is down is certainly a good one. Gas and oil won't be going out of style soon and the value of these properties will increase, if they were wisely selected. This investment style of buying when the blood is running in the streets is not new. I realize the risk that is inherent with BB's adds a bit more tart flavor to that style, but none the less I made the choice.

My expertise does not lie in the field of Geology. Instead, I work in the field of Biotech. Particularly with small animal experimentation.

It really doesn't matter what any of us say here. The SEC will do what they will do, MTEI will do what they will do, the MM's will do what they will do and I'm leaving on vacation tomorrow at 5:30am.

Good luck to all ( See you in a couple of weeks )

Pat T.
