Great article about the US$. The $'s relative strength is a temporary phenomenon. When, at any time in the past, has a paper currency been stronger than gold, and for how long?

Inflation or deflation in the US? To paraphrase one-time presidential candidate Bob Dole: US inflation is coming -- I know it, you know it, Bob Dole knows it, Alan Greenspan knows it, Warren Buffet knows it, and, soon, the American People will know it too!
