When you are dealing in options and futures, you can only survive if you are an "opportunist" IMO.

I don't disagree that the potential for a huge drop is there. The indicators that pros like McMillan and Cook use are skewed by recent market activity, McMillan's over a longer time frame than Cooks' but still only 25 years.

And McMillan's has only given him 6 signals in that time.

The potential is there for a huge bull move....but the likelihood seems thin only because the Large Money does not appear to be picking up their end of the deal.

So my guess, is that the market has a stairstep decline with these interim rallies to bring in smaller money (presuming it's time to buy the dip, as the Large Money says, "Gotcha", and walks away as it did Friday after messing with the market earlier in the week.)

So I think it's a very difficult market to play....the possibility of upside reversals and then downside continuations

----Lost track...got a phone call in the middle and lost my train of thought. Trying to make holiday plans and be serious at the same time is absolutely at 6's and 7's, if you know what I mean.
