Jim, The local manager thought the trader was full of it but couldn't explain all the problems they've had. It's affecting both the web execution and local office entry. Will be nice to clear this up when he gets back from Boston. If true, it affects my livelihood and I may have to consider jumping over to an ECN. Would rather stay low tech myself. In the meantime, I'll be executing sets of 2 500 share lot to try to stay under the radar...and looking for a new broker. Alan
