Hi, Omar-- It doesn't matter what I believe at this point. You will have to expect a little venting from people here, who in some cases may be facing losses of two or more month's of pay right now. Your web page looks terrific. I do have a question, though: Why did you go from the rotating Oilex symbol to a static one? I thought the rotating one was more fun. Good luck, Rick

Hi All, Just thought I would tell you the latest on my behalf. I am Richard Rodgers. I have the web site www.jstocks.com. I posted the web page for Caye Chapel. Last year I spoke with Alan over the phone and told him that I list companies (Penny Stocks) on my web site. He was interested and I made a page for him. Later Omar comes along works for OLEX. He does a page for Olex. Naturally, My page is deleted. The begining of this year around Feb. or March. Omar wants to do a page for Caye Chapel. He sends me the all information.(which saved me some work). I put it on my web site and list it with the search engines. I also put the latest Press Release on the site. I was very pleased because it looked nice. I called Alan at Olex and he told me he thought good things were going to happen to Caye. I started investing. I spoke to Omar again started telling good things were going to happen also. I Invested again. and again. Until all my money and then some was gone.(Notice then some). I called last week to speak to Omar--- he is gone. I wanted to speak to Alan ----he is gone. I started researching and called KEN LIEBSCHER - CEO/Director of Caye according to the web site. He said he quit about 2 months ago because they didn't contact him when they were doing things. They didn't notify him when they were having press releases etc. Speaking of press releases. Yes, I keep making mistakes. Omar told me he was going to have to set up an account for press releases. I thought for a second that was weird. After all they have been sending some out. So I said, "I have an account" I will do it for you and save you all the paperwork. I will just bill it to you. So for the last 2-3 months I put the press releases out for Oilex and Caye. Have they paid me? "NO". Are they going to pay me??? It is up to Saul. This loss is pennies compared to the loss I have acquired from Caye. I am sure there will be a large class action suite going on. Please put my name down. I have Lost several thousand dollars now on Caye. I thought I may retire within 5 years. Now it looks like 10 or more. I hope this guy for Oilex is the guy that wears the white hat. I was raised to believe in people. I have been burned on these people. Hi Omar if these rumors of you being involved as an officer in an alias company or acted in there behalf are false, then come on and deny it. Or is Steve preparing your defence as Steve seems to be speaking for you. "Burditt acting as registrant could have put Omar's name down on the organization papers as an officer without his knowledge because only the registrant's signature is required to set up the offshore company" (Taken from Steves own words). Now that the FBI seems to be involved. It would be a good move on your part to cooperate fully. Sorry to say that when the name Burditt pops up your name is not far behind. I do not wish ill will on you so please do the right thing. Also I'm sure Richard Rodgers would like to hear your side in response to his post. (Please do your part and help us shareholders, and yourself!!!) Christine
