Yes,

I agree. Vivus has had a month now to do whatever serious negotiating they really wanted to do. I think and hope that they know that they need to get a large domestic sales force selling MUSE ASAP and not months from now. Either they sign on the partner or else they sell the company. I for one hope they sell out ASAP. Let's have this done with for once and for all.

I have seen some people use it to find water, But never for good news.
Hopefully VVUS will break your bones but never your mind.. But for some of us its already too late..
