Chad: Since you weren't around for the bloodbath, I can shed some light on why a number of us didn't sell: WE COULDN'T! We were held captive in some sort of stock transfer hell, watching INCE drop .25 to .50 per day with no way out. At the same time our shares were dropping, more conversion shares came flooding in. Result: we lost between 75-80 percent of our investment without having the luxury of getting out. You are correct that the past is past and little can be done about it. But there's a lot that can be done to make sure the past doesn't repeat itself. Requiring an upfront rationale from the overlords of INCE isn't mean-spirited. Rather, it's just an attempt to keep what little is left from slipping away as well. Chick in NC
