52 weeks high was about $20, and their fair value should be $30?
I don't think so.

I'm just describing what I saw on Level II.

My previous post was an answer to Max90, who
was asking what the value of the stock would
be for a takeover. Robertson Stephenson is
a much better analysist firm than any of us
and they say $30 in a year.

I have not heard any substantiated rumors.
More like "lack of rumors".
All I have done was post to this thread what
I saw happen on Friday near close. It was
amazing! That kind of instantaneous volume
and uptick doesn't occur without substantial
reasoning from the buyer. I would just like
to know very soon why the incredible buying
by Volpe - after he had been SELLING for two days
and downgraded the stock. What turned Volpe
into an instant buyer at any price?
We'll just have to wait and see what develops.

If this was a pump and dump, who was pumping?
I can't identify any group who was pumping for the dumping. It was
more like Volpe was downgrading and dumping, then
he instantly turned into a buyer. They're the facts as I saw them.

I would be in favor of a gap up, then a run up,
then a halt pending buyout announcement. Then a gap open after
the halt for a substantial gain. If you decide to
short the stock, this is a possibility of what you
are up against. I wouldn't wish being short in
this situation upon anyone.

Another way to play this would be to buy
option Calls. Here is a URL to follow the options:
