I am not a professional advisor, or anything when it comes to stock nor qualified in any professional capacity in the market.. My personal opinion is: I do not know but the price has never held that price. Nor do I know the conditions nor price of the warrants whether they were given or bought to have pocession of them. All I can tell you is be care with any offer or warrants. Since I bought this stock at $1.50 when it was an MS promoted stock it has done nothing but fall. The only way the price is going to go above the $.75 is the company has got to put out some meat and potatoes, audited financials, SEC filings, etc. ...

If they were given to you then basically unless the price goes above the $.75 I personally do not think it is practical to put money into it. Just be careful ... exercising the warrant right now is taking an equity loss of 80% .

Hey I could be wrong. Just use common sense when investing. Always check with a professional before making decisions concerning your money.

Street Walker,
I was the one that posted about deal with Autozone type of store. I was refering to the latest news release. The deal they just announced is with a major chain like that. They can't release the chain's name for 60-90 days because the chain has a current contract with another company for that long, then AXGI takes over. I think this release was overlooked and there wasn't much movement in the stock because the name wasn't released, but it couldn't be helped at this time.
Regards,
Ernie
