Sergio,

I could not find the previous posts either. Your thread is too popular it makes it tough to go back. The time frame was early June, I think, and I believe you just had a child break an arm? We were PMing back and forth and we discussed children being able to survive childhood.

The points you made were basically that they had a weak balance sheet and the debenture issue. You thought they might have to borrow money in the future. I believe they will sell shares if it runs up. They need a larger float(what a problem to have).

Street has been acting in both capacities. Now that he should have some time I think he will start pushing the stock to his former Wall Street friends. Its a nice story which may have a very happy ending.

Street may also look for someone to buy them out. For $60M its yours.

Joe
