It's a business. This is important as business is different from monopoly. CSW only makes money when you go beyond the available information. Don't forget that CWS provides the companies http link if it is available. If it is you can jump to the site and get the news for free. They don't have to do that. The VSE should provide this service on its Website but they won't make as much money as in the deal they just entered that created the mother of all speculative monopolies.
