LOWRY'S...After the close of the market on Tuesday, 7/28/98, Lowry's issued an Intermediate Term Sell Signal because of a bearish crossing of their Buying Power and Selling Pressure indexes. I don't want to go out on a limb on this but in my experience whenever this kind of signals are given I would hang around and 'buy'. This could mean we are close to a 'bottoming' out. Since I don't hold anything in my trading portfolio more than a few days, it is currently about 75% in cash (AOL, CSCO calls, IMNX calls). My long term portfolio contains mostly satellite, telecommunications, defensive stocks that I won't consider selling. Remember an important earnings period is opening up around August 15-20 when some crucial issues are reporting (GPS, TJX, ABS, DELL, PFT).. I expect select issues to be up during this month because of these earnings reports.

Jenna,

I enjoy your thread very much.

I was wondering which site or sites you have found that are the best for providing future earnings dates. (Other than SI & Yahoo)

Ideally, I'd like to find a site with an earnings date calendar that lists the earnings dates a couple months in advance, and with accuracy.

Thanks for your help & for the great thread!
