Charter Announces Funding Partner for TeleCommute Solutions Division

ATLANTA, Aug. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Charter Communications International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CHTD - news) Chairman and CEO Stephen E. Raville today announced that Charter's TeleCommute Solutions (TCS) division has secured working capital financing from Pattco, Inc., an investment firm headed by James A. Patterson of Louisville, Kentucky. Raville stated that Pattco has invested $2 million, with an option to invest an additional $2 million, in exchange for preferred equity in TCS. ''This arrangement will permit TCS to pursue its strategic growth and marketing programs,'' said Raville.
