Tell us how they are cost effective to our society? Tell us how they promote individual rights? Tell us how his campaign fundraising were helpful to us an NOT THE COMMUNIST CHINESE???? You're paying a good 30 to 50% higher medical costs because of those two programs shifting costs to the private sector. They have LAWS in there making it mandatory that service providers charge a minimum of 17% higher charges for the same services. There are all kinds of nonsensical regulations in those programs and in the Kasselbaum program mandating higher fees in the private sector for the same services that the government stiffs on. On top of that is the tremendous amount of corruption, waste, and fraud in these programs. Probably between 25 and 50%.

Childcare "SCHEME" ? Do you really think that eliminating the IRS marriage penalty, as you call it, would allow a parent to stay home? Well, it wouldn't HURT, would it? Lucky for him [Reagan] he had power and deep pockets on his side and someone who knew how to disappear evidence. Now that is what I call real corruption! Gee... kinda like the Rose Law Firm's billing records, huh? See what will happen to drug profits when they decide not to cover prescription drugs at all! It's called the free market.
