it still boggles my mind everytime i think of this and people have already mentioned this, but i thought of it again since the smith barney thing was brought up

we are selling product to brokerage firms and mutual funds...
their main objective is to make money buying stocks...
we are a stock...

now if they like our product, and use our product, don't u think a few of these brokers, maybe even independently, would invest a small amount in this company? and if the top brass liked our product well enough to install it, don't u think it would at least cross their minds to invest in our stock as a part of their institutional holdings...

i mean everyday they would log on to their intranet and see that whirling little fntn thingie...sort of hypnotic don't u think..(hey, maybe that's the point...invest in fntn...invest in fntn)...

so i don't think its farfetched that the financial people see the usefullness of the product and then being investors look at the stock value and see how greatly undervalued it is...hell, i would think if they just issued a "buy" to their buddies in the office don't u think a lot of shares could be sopped up at this low price...and don't u think brokers everywhere who try our product are thinking the same thing...i mean i'm sure a "few" of them have heard of haggerty and if he is heavily involved in this company, there must be something going on to buy into....

it just boggles my mind what could happen
maybe i've been looking at that fntn twirlie thing too long
