Don't have answer for watcher, But expriation date on credit card affected someone. There were some problems it seems last nite, but most fixed. E-mail and call.

I had the same problem. But now it has been fixed. Boy, was I a bit put off. QP V2 is a good product and some thinking definitely went into it. But their operational support needs work. Someone there needs to train and put in place the right people in place. The only reason I am still with them is because of their product. I do belive the people there are well-meaning and want to do the job right. Perhaps no one has been providing leadership in their area. I do hope they get their act together soon. This is the third time I have been down where my password was not recognized. Bob Graham
