Chuzzlewit,
Hi!!! How you been? You have been toning down those vocabulary words so guys with a fourth grade reading level like me can follow your posts <<VBG>>

Serious now...Dell told us at the shareholders that we split with when we know we have company momentum...I guess that is why Dell is so special to me...I fully understand your point...but, then someone has taken the time and kept the memory of knowing that Dell just does something like 20 pts for supposedly no reason what so ever after announcing...but, Kevin Rollins (I believe) said splits occur when 1...shares available 2......market conditions 3.....company or stock momentum going forward...

Hey, anyway you look at it the stock has to earn the points...we all know that Michael has said he wants the stock to remain no higher than the 90's since he wants "everyone" to have the ease of purchasing it...and, let's face it...How many people have asked you with their first question: "what is it going for?" And, then try explaining to the first time investor that it splits so frequently...their mind goes blank thinking this will never happen tome...understanding that you get what you pay for is tough with some of the friends I have convinced...

Best, kemble
