Glad to see it wasn't hardware or program.

No Richard, just a stupid operator. Some times, it just does not pay to read the instructions. I thought that I had read and understood just what I had to do, but that does not seem to have been the case.

At least things are going normally now. I still do not fully understand the update process that Andy described, but I will study his note and hopefully understand it by next month.

If you have to re-install a program to fix it that thats a program error not a user error. not robustly written code....

Gates has brainwashed people into think that this is acceptable behavior when there is no reason for it.....
