No, you're simply misinformed. His healthcare scheme had HMO's as the second layer below the government's administrative layer. If you can't even get that straight, one can't expect a reasonable debate. I only agree with your point re: the Marriage Penalty. That will have no impact on child rearing. The only thing that would impact child rearing is if parents took more responsibility instead of passing them off to the government. Unfortunately, the Democrats keep wanting to enlarge government in that also. The government only knows how to address problems by how much money it spends.
