Peter......in spite of your twin-ness......I've always respected your posts..... an exception to the other twins...

More Seriously.... where do you think they stand now.... now that the accounting story is out of the closet.... a takeover by CSC? they rebuild the business on a better accounting footing? they build the services aspect and recover a decent growth rate (for a tech company)....

Joel

I live out in Long Island and CA every Sunday post major recruitment adds in Long Island NewsDay. However this Sunday no Help Wanted Adds by CA. Friends of mine over there said the picture got a little ugly this week and more problems are expected. CA dosen't look good at all from my opinion. These lawsuits also seem to have merit and will cost CA plenty to defend.

The situation will get interesting from now on. I would stay away from CA stock until the picture becomes clearer.

On another note many recruiters in New york and New Jersey refuse to work for CA because of how they treat people. A CA salesperson once tried to sell me Unicenter TNG and when I told him I wasn't interested in buying from CA he got a little rude and began to insult me and IBM. Poor manners, no class, and almost no knowledge of IT S/W. He came across pretty dumb if you ask me.

Hi Peter, it is amazing how all the signs of CA trouble were there about 9 to 12 months ago!

Well the bulls on this tread just prefered to get me flamed instead of a serious discussion on CA accounting "gimicks" .

Feel sorry for them now that in less than 2 years they get hit by halving their stock price twice.

Just curious how that guy from Cowen & Co. will show up on CNBC, with a "CA baseball cap" <GGGGG> LOL
