There was an article several months ago in Ward's Autoworld which said that U.S. vehicle manufacturers plan to move to diesel for pickups and sport/utilities to get fuel consumption numbers down.

My thought is that Turbodyne's turbocharger technology could end up being an essential element in that scenario for three reasons:

1) Performance...U.S. drivers demand snappy acceleration.
2) Pollution control.
3) Fuel economy.

To be sure, I have no hard evidence that the manufacturers are looking at Turbodyne in conjunction with their diesel engine plans. However, it should not be dismissed out of hand either.

As you can imagine, should the above scenario become reality, Turbodyne would be a huge winner as an investment.
