HI PATTI,

All these posters are getting to technical for me. The only thing I know is Fonar is Dr. Damadian and Dr. Damadian is Fonar . He/Fonar has the Cancer Detection patent and many others that was the basis for Millions to come to the co. That will help rebuild the co. PLAIN AND SIMPLE AS THAT.

As I said before Fonar is not going to corner the MRI market IMO. The BIG PICTURE is building a co. that will have revenue coming in from all different directions . That will include Settlements and court victories .WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT .

If the STREET frowns on this method of bringing cash in and refuses to value the co. on this basis FINE. FOR NOW. As the co. continues to grow eventually the co. WILL BE VALUED CORRECTLY.

We continue to add to revenue thru PPM purchases , continue to add to R&D , continue to add workers, continue to add to equipement , continue to add to parts , continue to add cash in the bank , continue to settle with other infringers, continue to add to product line quads the ONLY .6T on the market. And the STREET keeps us at $2.

Those are the Facts Folks . The steady building of a co. RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR EYES.

CASH IS THE KEY

YOUR THOUGHTS

FRANK

You should not mention it, Patricia, because they don't have it.

Go look up the patent documents, why don't you? The first Damadian
patent relating to an actual MR-scan design was not issued until 1982,
and not even filed until 1979 (I think). By that time there were
dozens of other valid MRI patents by lots of researchers and developers. The earliest (actually the "fonar method") was to
Abe, Tanaka, et al, US patent issued in January 1976. The Damadian
1974 patent gives no method by which internal NMR signals, in vivo,
can be localized and detected -- i.e., there are no valid claims
for an MRI given in it. Read its abstract .. the idea of MR images
or scans is not even hinted. It is about "tissue specimens".
