Hello Todd,

I think James means to give them all their upcoming options now and
get rid of them. I do not favor that option in the least as they
signed a contract as to when those would become available and I want
to hold them to it or buy the options back from them at the corporate
level.

Don't kid yourself, much if not all of the CC selling after the end
of March has been illegal but with Reg-S shares that have to be
issued to overseas shareholders, it is difficult to stop the problem
in a timely fashion. DCI has been aware of the ongoing problem for
some time now and have pursued their legal course. They are not at
liberty to discuss their remedies at this time so I've been told.

I'm sure the CC group has other ventures they want to move into and
just want the cash which explains their sell at all costs mentality.
I'd bet that the action of Friday afternoon had something to do with
them and yes, they are vindictive as they have done everything they
could to drive the price down. We will outlive them and it will be
their loss when they look back at shares they have sold under 3......
that is just my opinion so take it for what it's worth.<G>

Take care..

Lou
