Subject: BT Energy Group partnership

The full name of BT is, BT Energy Group, a partnership.
Records in Frio County involving the Big Foot Fields
indicates Oilex assigns to BT Energy Group existing leasehold or burdens
ORRI of said Big Foot leases. And then a portion was assigned from BT Energy Group
to M. Pattan Holdings Ltd, a Bahamian Corporation, (named after Burditt's dog) ORRI
of said Big Foot leases. M.Pattan Holdings Ltd was one of seven companies which
acquired a portion of the 200,000 shares of Oil Retrival Systems on March 12, 1997.
Also included as one of the seven companies was Phoenix Resources, which had a
change of name to Churchill Resources. All these companies are controlled by Burditt.
So it appears with the active assistance of Oliver Timmins that assets belonging to
Oilex shareholders are given as a "GIFT" with no consideration to BT Energy Group.
And who owns a share in the partnership together with Burditt?
The "B" stands for Burditt. Who does the "T" stand for?
